Our Client, a leading player in the healthcare space is looking for a self-motivated leader to head end to end supply chain function. The person will be responsible to manage entire department from procurement to inventory management, from cost optimization to fill rate, and from new product development to logistics for India’s largest distributed healthcare service provider. 
• Graduate in commerce. Post-graduation in supply chain will be preferred.
• Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
• Warehousing experience is an add on
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Process oriented • Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good data handling & analysing capability
• Sound knowledge of contracts

Salary Range - 23-27 LPA,
Provide technical oversight and direct supervision of supply chain, warehouse operations, planning activities, logistics and strategies initiatives in line with company objectives effectively and timely.
• Manage end to end purchase for consumables, pharmaceutical, medical equipment & other requirements specific to regions. Support in the development of processes to ensure compliance related to purchase.
• Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
• Ensure to achieve the company's targets in key service areas such as back orders, fill rates, distribution, inventory control and reduction, inventory turns, schedule adherence, cycle time reduction, etc.
• Management of third-party contract logistics companies, managing budgets and ensuring that the 3PL's are operating within cost etc
• Ensuring the team is complained to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of vendors / suppliers and ensuring all KPIs are planned and setup as per agreed criteria.
• Adhere to inventory SOP’s to prevent stock-outs, expiry or wastage.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and track inventory levels
• Control purchasing department budgets & Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
• Lead best practices in the field of automation in inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Support leadership in ideating & implementing new revenue levers.
